Vinh Phuc, on the morning of April 19, 2025, Viet Duc Steel Group held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Kira Home social housing project in Dao Duc town, Binh Xuyen district, Vinh Phuc province.

The groundbreaking ceremony of the Kira Home social housing project is one of 80 works and projects selected to be inaugurated and inaugurated to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification under the direction of the Prime Minister with the form of live television and online broadcast simultaneously in all three regions.

Implementing the Prime Minister’s major policy in Decision No. 338/QD-TTg dated March 4, 2023 on approving the Project to build 1 million social housing units for low-income people and industrial park workers; Decision No. 444/QD-TTg dated February 27, 2025 on assigning the target of completing social housing by 2030, and at the same time implementing the social housing development plan for the period 2021-2030 of Vinh Phuc province, Viet Duc Steel Group has clearly demonstrated the role and social responsibility of a large enterprise, aiming to gradually solve the housing problem for workers.

The project focuses on comprehensive living space with a rare low construction density in the area of ​​only 22.5% – most of the area is prioritized for green space, playgrounds, kindergartens and community facilities, creating a healthy and connected living environment. Kira Home is built in Dao Duc town, Binh Xuyen district, Vinh Phuc province, on an area of ​​over 1.5 hectares, including 2 9-storey apartment blocks with 1 attic. It is expected that after completion, the project will provide about 352 apartments with flexible areas from 35 – 70m2, contributing to solving the housing needs of workers, civil servants and laborers.
