Production process

Being considered as the most modern system in Vietnam, the hot-dip galvanized steel pipe line is equipped with a system of pipe treatment tanks before galvanizing. Gas burner system ensures the zinc bath’s temperature is always stable and easy to control. The advantages of this system are high fuel-saving, environment-friendly and allowing to completely control the thickness of the zinc layer on the pipe wall.

Vietnam-Germany Steel owns 5 corrugated iron cutting, sheet cutting, flat pressing, etc, to serve production at the Company and provide raw materials for structural factories such as shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, construction, etc. Depending on technical requirements, all the products are manufactured in compliance with the standards of our country and other countries having developed materials industries, including the UK; the United States; Japan; Korean.

Application

Hot-dip galvanized steel pipes: because of their good bearing capacity and anticorrosive ability in harsh environment, galvanized steel pipes are often used in water systems of architectures, such as: high-rise buildings, apartment buildings, etc. Moreover, galvanized pipes are also used to construct house frames, load-bearing trusses or ventilation systems. Constructions, such as: telecommunications towers, urban lighting systems, ultrasonic piles, and broadcasting stations, etc, also use galvanized steel pipes, which meets the criteria of high durability, withstanding harsh weather and brings economic efficiency.
