The groundbreaking ceremony of the Kira Home social housing project is one of 80 works and projects selected to be inaugurated and inaugurated to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification under the direction of the Prime Minister with the form of live television and online broadcast simultaneously in all three regions.

The project focuses on comprehensive living space with a rare low construction density in the area of ​​only 22.5% – most of the area is prioritized for green space, playgrounds, kindergartens and community facilities, creating a healthy and connected living environment. Kira Home is built in Dao Duc town, Binh Xuyen district, Vinh Phuc province, on an area of ​​over 1.5 hectares, including 2 9-storey apartment blocks with 1 attic. It is expected that after completion, the project will provide about 352 apartments with flexible areas from 35 – 70m2, contributing to solving the housing needs of workers, civil servants and laborers.

Nhìn lại năm 2024 – Nỗ lực thích ứng và tăng trưởng vượt bậc

Tổng Giám đốc Ông Nguyễn Hữu Thể thay mặt Ban điều hành trình bày Báo cáo kết quả hoạt động năm 2024 của công ty. Trong bối cảnh thị trường nhiều biến động, Thép Việt Đức vẫn duy trì hoạt động sản xuất ổn định, kiểm soát tốt chi phí và đạt nhiều kết quả tích cực. Doanh thu hợp nhất năm 2024 đạt 7.352 tỷ đồng, đạt 103,5% so với kế hoạch, lợi nhuận trước thuế hợp nhất đạt 134,9 tỷ đồng, đạt 192,7% so với kế hoạch và tăng 86,6% so với năm 2023. Đây là một sự tăng trưởng vượt bậc về chỉ tiêu lợi nhuận.

Hoàn thành đầu tư vào hạ tầng kỹ thuật cho Dự án khu đô thị Việt Đức Legend City bao gồm các hạng mục như đường giao thông, hệ thống cấp điện, nước, và xử lý nước thải. Nhu cầu nhà ở xã hội tại Vĩnh Phúc

Vĩnh Phúc đang đứng trước một bài toán lớn về nhà ở xã hội khi tốc độ phát triển công nghiệp nhanh chóng kéo theo lượng lao động nhập cư ngày càng tăng. Theo Đề án “Xây dựng ít nhất 1 triệu căn nhà ở xã hội cho đối tượng thu nhập thấp, công nhân khu công nghiệp” do Thủ tướng Chính phủ phê duyệt, đến năm 2030, tỉnh cần hoàn thành ít nhất 28.300 căn hộ để đáp ứng nhu cầu an cư của người dân. Đây không chỉ là nhiệm vụ cấp thiết mà còn là động lực quan trọng để tỉnh chuyển mình, thay đổi tư duy trong phát triển đô thị và chính sách nhà ở.

Hiện tại, Vĩnh Phúc có 17 khu công nghiệp, trong đó 9 khu công nghiệp đã đi vào hoạt động với tỷ lệ lấp đầy cao, thu hút hơn 260.000 lao động thường xuyên. Lượng công nhân lớn này đặt ra áp lực rất lớn về nhu cầu nhà ở, đặc biệt là nhà ở xã hội – loại hình nhà ở phù hợp với thu nhập của đại đa số người lao động. Thực tế cho thấy, dù có nhiều dự án nhà ở thương mại mọc lên trong những năm qua, nhưng mức giá của phân khúc này vẫn nằm ngoài khả năng chi trả của công nhân và người có thu nhập thấp. Do đó, việc ưu tiên phát triển nhà ở xã hội trước, thay vì chỉ coi đây là phương án thay thế khi thị trường nhà ở thương mại gặp khó khăn, là một hướng đi đúng đắn mà tỉnh đang thực hiện.

Theo Bí thư Tỉnh ủy Vĩnh Phúc Đặng Xuân Phong, tỉnh đã có những thay đổi mạnh mẽ về tư duy và cách làm trong phát triển nhà ở xã hội. Thay vì coi đây là lựa chọn thứ yếu, tỉnh xác định đây là một trong những ưu tiên hàng đầu nhằm đảm bảo an sinh xã hội và giữ chân lực lượng lao động. Điều này không chỉ giúp công nhân có chỗ ở ổn định mà còn góp phần nâng cao chất lượng cuộc sống, từ đó tạo động lực để họ cống hiến và gắn bó lâu dài với doanh nghiệp.

Từ đầu năm 2025, tỉnh đã khởi công một dự án nhà ở xã hội và theo kế hoạch, trong năm nay sẽ tiếp tục triển khai thêm 6 dự án với tổng quy mô 2.190 căn hộ. Đáng chú ý, Vĩnh Phúc đặt mục tiêu mỗi tháng khởi công một dự án nhà ở xã hội từ nay đến hết tháng 8, nhằm đẩy nhanh tiến độ thực hiện đề án. Không chỉ dừng lại ở việc đạt chỉ tiêu, tỉnh còn đặt mục tiêu hoàn thành kế hoạch Thủ tướng giao trước một năm, khẳng định sự quyết tâm trong việc giải quyết vấn đề nhà ở cho công nhân và người lao động thu nhập thấp.

With a figure of 7.09%, 2024 witnessed impressive growth of the Vietnamese economy despite the general difficult situation globally due to the crisis. The steel market in Vietnam in 2024 has shown signs of recovery and positive growth. Specifically, crude steel production in 2024 increased by about 14% over the same period last year, reaching nearly 22 million tons. Not stopping there, finished steel output also reached more than 29.4 million tons in 2024, an increase of about 6.1% compared to 2023. The amount of steel sold also increased significantly, exceeding 11% over the previous year, reaching more than 29.3 million tons.
