Vinhomes Ocean Park 3 – The Crown Dai An, also known as Vinhomes Dai An Urban Area, is the third coastal urban area developed by Vinhomes in the eastern region of Hanoi. This project is the third phase of the 1,200-hectare super coastal urban complex, Vinhomes Ocean Park 3 – The Crown Dai An, benefiting from all the advantages of the area’s transportation, technical infrastructure, and planning.

Vinhomes Dai An spans 293.96 hectares with an investment of approximately 1.4 billion USD. It offers a diverse range of housing types, including apartments, villas, townhouses, and shophouses, accommodating a population of about 42,000 people. The Vinhomes Ocean Park 3 – The Crown Dai An project is the final piece of the 1,200-hectare coastal urban complex by Vinhomes, which includes Vinhomes Ocean Park Gia Lam, Vinhomes Ocean Park 2 – The Empire, and Vinhomes Ocean Park 3 – The Crown (Vinhomes Dai An).

The project has direct access to the 60-meter wide Ring Road 3.5, with two sides adjacent to National Highway 5A and Expressway 5B. Additionally, a direct connection road from within the project to Expressway 5B has been completed, facilitating quick and easy travel from Vinhomes Dai An to Hanoi and neighboring areas.
