Currently, the Company owns 02 cold rolled steel lines equipped with advanced continuous rolling technology, having a capacity of 180,000 tons/year. Besides, from the rust removal process, continuous rolling to the corrugated iron furnace system is all synchronized.
Possessing management experience as well as a team of professionally and methodically trained workers, along with modern and advanced production lines, we have created the best products to meet the strict requirements of the market. The company constantly improves technology, enhances product quality and offers flexible sales policies to maximize customer satisfaction.
Input materials: Hot-rolled corrugated iron, imported in compliance with the standards or cut into rolls comply with production requirements. Specifications: width from 400-750; thickness from 1.8mm – 3.0mm, comply with SPCC, SPHC, Q195, SAE1006B standards
Rust removal: Before being put into cold rolling, hot-rolled corrugated iron will be put through rust removal technology to clean the oxide layers on the surface of the corrugated iron. In order not to affect the environment, the company has used a modern rust removal method without using chemicals. Currently, only Vietnam-Germany Steel uses this technology. Currently, Vietnam-Germany Steel is the only manufacturer using this technology.
Cold rolling: The company’s cold rolling equipment is now the most advanced technology. Being equipped with 2 continuous rolling lines having 3 racks and 4 racks, the thickness and flatness of the corrugated iron sheet are controlled by a modern measuring machines during each rolling process, thereby ensuring accurate thickness and flat surface. The automatic control system (including peripheral and processing software) ensures synchronous tension between racks and smooth technology.
The number of rolling times required depends on the thickness of the hot rolled steel coil and the thickness of the cold rolled steel product. Normally, the amount of deformation ranges from 50% to 60%, maximum 80%. Thereby, the products can achievie good quality in terms of microscopic organization and physical properties.
Soft annealing: After cold rolling, the surface of the rolled steel sheet is hardened. To recreate the grain structure, as well as achieve complete mechanical properties and bright surface, the steel coil will be annealed in a furnace with a protective gas environment. Thanks to this, the steel coil will have consistent quality and higher annealing rate due to higher heat transfer. De-hardening after rolling will help increase toughness and reduce hardness of the product.
Quality control: The quality of each steel coil is checked and controlled throughout the production process. The geometrical dimensions and surface condition of the steel coil are strictly controlled.
