Vietnam-Germany Steel’s galvanized sheets are produced on a continuous hot-dip galvanizing line using modern oxygen-free furnace (NOF) technology and are highly resistant to corrosion in the natural environment.
Currently, the Company owns 03 galvanized sheet lines, with a capacity of 150,000 tons/year. Vietnam-Germany Steel galvanized sheet products have a smooth surface and suitable mechanical properties for being applied in steel pipe production, purlin processing, etc.

Input materials: 400mm-750mm width of cold rolled sheet without annealing
Annealing and plating system
Quality control: The quality of each steel coil is checked and controlled throughout the production process. The geometrical dimensions and surface condition of the steel coil are strictly controlled.
